CSMB WA Executive Summary and Initial Watershed Plan

An Executive Summary is included at the top of the Plan to provide a succinct overview of the CSMB WA Initial Watershed Plan and the Watershed Planning Initiative. The Plan includes detailed information on WA-specific targets, needs, strategies, and opportunities within the scope of the SCW Program.
